On the 14th May 2014 we hosted our first mHealth Habitat Show and Tell event at the new ODI space at Munro House in Leeds City Centre. We were joined by some fantastic speakers , including John Eaglesham, Kathryn Grace and Michael Seres.
Thank you to everyone who attended the event and in particular, those of you who completed our evaluation survey. Overall 85% of attendees said they were very or extremely likely to attend another Show and Tell event. We had some really positive comments regarding the diversity of speakers, networking opportunities and the informal tone and we hope to replicate this in our next Show and Tell event on the 16th July 2014.
In light of your comments, however, we will be doing things a little differently this time. We have decided to remove the ‘open mic’ session from the programme in order to allow the speakers to have enough time for Q&A and we’ve chosen a more intimate setting for our next event to prevent any noisy distractions.
